About Me
The spark to my baking journey started when my godson turned five. We bought him a beautiful Toy Story cake from a local bakery — decoration-wise, it looked amazing, but the taste didn’t match its appearance. The following year, Sonic the Hedgehog had become his favorite character and the type of cake he wanted. So, I took on the task — not just to create a beautiful and flavorful cake, but to make it a true celebration: a way to capture him at that moment in his life. In reflection, maybe only the grown-ups cared about the flavors. But what good is a dessert that doesn’t spark something inside of you?
